Pump It Up Jacksonville Kids Birthdays and More

Could not have been easier or more fun! We had around 30 kiddos show up to the party. Aged 2-10. They all had a blast! They make it so easy at pump it up. You bring your cake, balloons and a banner and they set everything up in the room. The folks helping were so incredibly helpful and sweet and they just do a wonderful job! Highly recommend for birthday parties that are easy and carefree and the kids will love! 10/10!! Thank you! :)

Best place to have a Birthday. You get to have all friends and family and everything to yourself ,no lines. Any age has fun. This is our 2nd time having my childs birthday here and it's always a blast.They decorate so you don't have too and are always so nice. Go have your kids birthday here. You will not be disappointed. 2 rooms of bounce house fun and your own party room.

This is definitely in our top 3 favorites for play places. They have 2 large rooms with different equipment in each. You start in the first room, and then they move everyone to the other room half-way though the session. The first room has a small, soft, and sectioned-off area for the very young kids to play They only have Open Play on select dates/times, so you must go online and click on the Calendar to view and schedule your play there. Don’t forget to bring socks (gripping socks are a plus)!

This place was great as far as connivence goes because you don’t have to set up or take down, but as far as cleanliness and helpfulness they aren’t the best. Starting off the party was booked for 3:25pm-5:25 we got there at 3:15 just to check in was told to wait until our time which was fine. 3:25 comes along and there is still a party going on in the arena plus they haven’t showed us the safety video, which could have been done while we were waiting. We didn’t get in the arena until 3:35 and we weren't given more time in that particular arena. Now that second play arena they put us in smelled like dirty socks and cheese it was filthy and the equipment was old and outdated. On the website it mentions they sanitize, but this is not the case between parties and judging by the smell in there it was no way that place had been cleaned in a while. They definitely don’t clean up cause there were balloons from previous parties on the floor. There wasn’t a team member in the arena as they stated. I don’t think the price for the arena is worth it considering the cleanliness. Also the pizza you get is from dominos and you aren’t allowed to bring your own food besides cake. It was a good experience but I wouldn’t be back unless they remodeled and cleaned daily. Oh and they equipment had a hole in it from wear and tear which made the bounce house not firm and unsafe
